Our Story
Alchema was born from a simple frustration: why do European job seekers have to choose between powerful AI tools and keeping their data in Europe? Founded in early 2026 in Aichach, Bavaria, we set out to build the career platform that we ourselves wanted to use -- one that combines cutting-edge AI with genuine EU data sovereignty. Every line of code runs on European servers, every AI query stays within EU borders, and every user owns their data completely.

Alchema uses Mistral AI (Paris, France) for all AI processing -- no OpenAI, no Google, no US cloud. Your data is stored on Neon Postgres in Frankfurt, Germany. We support 12 major ATS systems including Workday, Greenhouse, SAP SuccessFactors, and Personio. Our 19 specialized AI agents handle everything from resume tailoring to salary negotiation coaching.

Il marcatore è rimovibile e non è legato al contenuto; il rilevamento indica soltanto che è stato trovato un marcatore. Non verifica l’autenticità e non costituisce certificazione o prova di conformità legale.

Alchema include funzionalità di accessibilità orientate al BFSG, come navigazione da tastiera, semantica per screen reader, riduzione del movimento, moduli etichettati e gestione del focus. L’applicazione web è attualmente parzialmente conforme a EN 301 549 / WCAG 2.2 livello AA. Le limitazioni note includono la copertura PDF/UA, la verifica dell’estensione Chrome e alcuni pannelli IA complessi.
