What is an ATS score and why does it matter?
An ATS score (Applicant Tracking System score) measures how well a resume matches a job posting. According to Jobscan (2025), up to 75% of all applications are automatically filtered out by ATS software before a recruiter ever sees them. Alchema analyzes your application against ATS screening criteria and helps you improve your keyword match and formatting.
How does Alchema's AI governance and data security work?
Alchema processes data in the EU under GDPR Art. 6(1)(b). For current details on data processing, providers, and regions, see our Privacy Policy (/privacy). EU AI Act Article 50 transparency features are active: AI-assisted outputs carry visible notices and, where applicable, a detectable AI-assistance marker. Human review is required before every final submission — the AI suggests, you decide.
